The Seattle Times mentions Georgie!

The Seattle Times has an interesting blog titled Popcorn and Prejudice in which the author, Moira Macdonald blogged about the new "Ramona and Beezus" film, which she claims was miscast.Interestingly, she mentions Georgie's performance as Lucy Pevensie in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe as being a 'spot-on' performance!
British movies seem to do a better job at this; the "Harry Potter" kids are all well cast (though I have my qualms about the girl playing Ginny Weasley), and one of the true joys in the uneven "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" was the enchanting performance of 8-year-old Georgie Henley as Lucy -- a child who wasn't Hollywood-pretty, but who had an almost magical quality of wonder onscreen. What do you make of Ms. Macdonald's assessment? I agree for the most part, except for the part about Georige not being Hollywood-pretty. Just take a look at her latest photoshoot with Faye Thomas! If that isn't Hollywood-pretty, I don't know what is!
